Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to 5% government tax and 10% service
charge. Commissionable to bonafide travel agents. |

Upgrade to Villa Embun or Villa Bayu at a preferred rate. |

Please refer to the Reservations Department for preferred rates, for subsequent night(s) stay. |

Peak period surcharge of RM300++ per Villa per night is applicable for stays between 15 June
to 31 July 2010. |

The Villas welcomes adults and guests 12 years of age and above. |

Reservation must be guaranteed with an approved credit card or advanced deposit. |

Cancellation must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, failing which a one-night's
cancellation charge will be imposed. |
