Originating from the northern region of Piedmont in Italy, Chef Stefano Maccagno takes to the helm of the Avanti kitchen with a keen spirit to experiment and delight diners. His culinary style is an interpretation of the traditional taste and identity of Italian cuisine, epitomised by freshness, intense flavour and contemporary presentation.
He marries Italian cuisine with the lightness of Californian freshness to romance discerning palates with an exquisite meal.
